Story
Vikramaditya is a world-renowned palmist who was born in Italy in 1978. He is a devotee of the saint Paramahamsa and is known as the "Einstein of palmistry." Vikramaditya, who doesn't believe in love, is smitten by doctor Prerana right away. They meet on a train but then part ways. Vikramaditya reads businessman Anand Rajput's palm one day. Rajput's men pursue him since he does not prophesy the future in his favour, which leads to his accident. He is admitted and treated at Prerana's hospital. Vikramaditya proposes to Prerana to be in a flirtationship with him after he recovers. Prerana, on the other hand, leaves town, but Vikramaditya follows her the entire way. They begin dating after she accepts his offer. Prerana's uncle, on the other hand, cautions her against developing affections for Vikramaditya.
A stranger approaches Vikramaditya and Prerana on a train and asks him to read the palm of his daughter, Tara, an aspiring archer. He believes she has no future in sports and should instead concentrate on her schooling. Everyone in the coach is awestruck by Vikramaditya's ability, so they beg for predictions by revealing their palms, but Vikramaditya reluctantly gets down with Prerana. He does, however, comprehend that everyone on the train is doomed to die right away. He tries but fails to halt the train. Later that evening, the train is involved in an accident, resulting in multiple deaths.Prerana, who has recently begun to believe in palmistry, requests that Vikramaditya read her palm. He predicts that she will live a long life with a promising future, but she passes out with a bleeding nose almost immediately. Prerana is admitted to the hospital, where her uncle, a doctor, informs her that she has an incurable tumour and would die within months. Vikramaditya disputes this, stating that he prophesied the opposite, but he is thrown out of the hospital.
Prerana is now optimistic about her future. Her uncle, on the other hand, feels Vikramaditya is a con artist and that the only thing that may save her is medicine. He puts Vikramaditya to the test with five dead people's palms, and Vikramaditya correctly deduces all of them. Her uncle reconsiders his position and believes Vikramaditya's prophecy. Prerana's condition was successfully cured, as predicted. Prerana proposes Vikramaditya, who is overjoyed. He, on the other hand, rejects her, claiming that he cannot love her since he lacks a "love-line" and will be leaving the country soon. Prerana is depressed and contemplates suicide when he comes across Vikramaditya's diary. She discovers that Vikramaditya was willing to give his life to save her. Vikramaditya takes Prerana to a ballroom dance as per her request before leaving, and the two spend the night together. When such a situation comes, Prerana writes in her diary that she would rather give up her life. She voluntarily gets into a car accident and is taken to the hospital.
Prerana's entry in the diary is read by Vikramaditya, who is in London for his mother's dancing show. When he contacts the hospital, he is surprised to learn of Prerana's condition. He encourages Prerana to live and promises to see her again soon. When Vikramaditya is undecided about his prediction, he meets a girl on the train who has lost her hand in an accident. She informs Vikramaditya that she can now write her future because she doesn't have a palm. Vikramaditya, in a rush to visit Prerana, boards a cargo ship bound for Italy, captained by someone he met in the hospital. The ship, however, is caught in a storm at sea, and everyone abandons ship.Vikramaditya, on the other hand, is imprisoned in the ship by himself. Vikramaditya fights for his life against the forces of nature. He remembers his guru Paramahamsa saying that palmistry is only 99 percent accurate and that only one percent of people control their own fate. He utilises all of his power to reach a high point and fires a flare pistol, determined to stay alive. The captain reappears, carrying a lifeboat. The ship sinks, but Vikramaditya, who has been drowned, manages to stay afloat. Vikramaditya later arrives at the hospital and reunites with Prerana, who has recovered. They marry while Tara competes in the Paralympics.
